We are working with a leading litigation law firm based in Belfast that is continuing to grow across its core practice areas. As part of this ongoing expansion, the firm is seeking to recruit a Litigation Solicitor to join their well-regarded team.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment, dealing with a broad range of plaintiff litigation matters , primarily focused on RTA (Road Traffic Accident) and personal injury (PI) cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of plaintiff litigation files, including RTA and personal injury matters Provide clear, client-focused legal advice and representation Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports Negotiate settlements and liaise with insurers and medical experts where required Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of service delivery

The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Solicitor Experience handling litigation matters - RTA or personal injury experience preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills A client-focused approach and ability to manage files independently
