The OpportunityA recruitment consultancy is currently working with a well-established claimant personal injury practice based in Bolton Town Centre to recruit an experienced Litigation Paralegal or Solicitor to join their growing Litigation Department.Our client specialises in personal injury and credit hire litigation and has long-standing relationships with leading credit hire providers. The firm has built a reputation for maintaining a supportive and collaborative working environment, where junior and mid-level fee earners receive strong supervision, manageable caseloads, and genuine opportunities for career progression.Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to add an experienced litigation professional who can confidently manage a caseload of litigated Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims, with a strong focus on claimant credit hire matters.The RoleThe successful candidate will manage their own caseload of litigated RTA and credit hire claims, handling matters from litigation through to settlement.
