Our client, a respected law firm in Chelmsford, is looking for a talented litigator to join their highly regarded team. You’ll work on a diverse range of commercial and individual matters, enjoy direct client contact, and benefit from a supportive, ambitious environment. Your Role: Key Responsibilities In this role, you will:

Manage a varied caseload including landlord & tenant, breach of contract, debt recovery, insolvency, and commercial litigation matters Advise and represent both commercial and private clients Build strong relationships with clients and referrers Deliver practical, commercially minded legal advice Collaborate with your team to achieve targets and support business growth

What We’re Looking For: Key Requirements To excel in this role, you will have:

Ideally 4 years’+ PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive Recent, relevant UK litigation experience Technical expertise in landlord & tenant, contract disputes, debt recovery, and insolvency Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills A proactive, ethical, and team-oriented approach A desire for continuous professional development and career advancement
