The firm is investing heavily in technology and innovation and offers the chance to play a key role in shaping a modern, AI‑enabled dispute resolution practice.Hybrid working is available, alongside a collaborative and supportive team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a varied caseload of civil, commercial, and property litigation mattersAdvising predominantly business clients on dispute strategy and resolutionHandling matters through all stages, including pre‑action, litigation, ADR, and settlementBuilding strong client relationships and contributing to business developmentSupervising and mentoring junior team members where appropriateSupporting the continued growth and development of the dispute resolution departmentAbout YouQualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years PQESolid experience across a broad mix of civil, commercial, and/or property litigationStrong technical ability combined with excellent client‑handling skillsCommercially minded and confident in contributing to business developmentComfortable working collaboratively within a team‑focused environmentEmployment law experience is welcomed but not requiredWhat's on OfferGenerous basic salary of £60,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)Bonus structure: 20% of billings above £180,000Commission: 15% of any work introduced to the firmSalaried Partner designation from day one (for the right candidate)High‑quality, interesting work with a strong business client baseHybrid working and flexibilityA supportive, mixed‑level team within a modern, technology‑driven firmGenuine opportunity to influence and help shape a progressive dispute resolution practice #J-18808-Ljbffr
