Litigation Assistant

Kennedys is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Assistant to join our Motor Recoveries team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to begin or develop a career in litigation within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
You will support fee earners in handling a caseload of motor recovery matters, assisting with the efficient progression of claims from instruction through to resolution. Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the management of motor recovery files
Drafting correspondence and legal documents
Liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties
Conducting legal and factual research
Maintaining accurate case records and documentation
Supporting the team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality service
About You
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn. Previous experience in litigation or legal support is advantageous, but not essential-we are committed to training and developing the right candidate.
