Thrive Group are recruiting for a Lithographic Printer to join our client based in Bradford.

We are seeking an experienced Lithographic Printer to work within a fast-paced, high-quality print environment. You will be responsible for setting and running multi-colour UV sheet-fed metal litho presses, ensuring output meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting and running UV sheet-fed lithographic printing presses
- Producing high-quality metal print with accurate colour control
- Minimising waste and maximising machine efficiency
- Carrying out routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
- Supporting continuous improvement across production processes
- Accurately recording production data and job information
- Operating FLT where required
- Working across different print and coating areas as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a sheet-fed UV Litho Printer
- Experience with KBA Rapida presses (desirable)
- Background in metal decorating or medium/large format print
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Computer literate
- Flexible and reliable with a proactive approach to work
- Strong team player with good communication skills
Working Hours:
- Rotating shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am
- 37.5 hours per week
- Overtime available and paid when required
- Flexibility required for weekend working during peak periods
Pay Rate:
- £18.00 - £19.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
