Property Litigation Assistant
Kennedys is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Assistant to join our busy and highly regarded property litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience within a leading international law firm.
The Role
You will support fee earners on a broad range of property litigation matters, working as part of a collaborative team on high-quality, often complex cases.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with the management of property litigation cases, including landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, and real estate litigation matters
Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
Managing and organising case files, both electronically and in hard copy
Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, and other third parties
Supporting with trial preparation, bundles, and hearing logistics
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and court deadlines
About You
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with:
Previous experience in property litigation or a similar legal support role
A strong interest in real estate disputes and litigation
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
A positive, team-focused attitude
