This role plays a critical part in supporting and optimizing enterprise-grade Linux infrastructure within a large-scale project environment. You will work on advanced RHEL 9 systems, high-end GPU workstations and HPC platforms, contributing to system stability, performance and innovation. The role provides hands-on exposure to cutting-edge technology, performance testing and automation, while collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.Your responsibilities:Provide technical support for high-end GPU workstations in an enterprise environmentInstall, configure and maintain enterprise software solutions on Red Hat Enterprise Linux platformsTroubleshoot complex Linux system issues using structured diagnostic approachesSupport and contribute to large-scale projects through close collaboration with cross-functional teamsConduct performance testing on HPC platforms using custom scripts and toolsAnalyze performance and utilization data to produce actionable insightsPrepare detailed technical reports covering system performance, resource usage and key metricsPresent findings and updates to technical and non-technical stakeholdersLead or support technical meetings to ensure project alignment and deliveryEnsure systems meet security, compatibility and operational standardsYour ProfileEssential skills/knowledge/experience:Proven hands-on experience as a Linux Administrator or Systems EngineerStrong expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 system administrationProficiency in shell scripting and automationExperience supporting high-end GPU workstation environmentsSolid knowledge of Linux troubleshooting and performance tuningExperience working with HPC platforms, including performance testingAbility to analyze system data and translate it into meaningful insightsStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teamsExperience supporting enterprise-scale, project-based environmentsDesirable skills/knowledge/experience: Experience with enterprise software installation and configuration on Linux systemsExposure to large, cross-departmental or transformation programmesAbility to manage multiple priorities in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsJBRP1_UKTJ
