Job Title: Linux Systems Administrator

Client: Elite Financial Technology Trading Firm

Salary: Up to £250K (Depending on experience) + Industry Leading Bonus

Location: London

My client are looking for a highly-talented Linux Systems Administrator to work in their High-Performance Systems team.

Role

• Build and optimise next gen infrastructure to support the engineering/trading teams
• Be a part of a talented team of Engineers and measure/improve their performance while also being conscious of needs and motivations
• Adequately divide time between people management, project work, building roadmaps and performing technical support
• Automate anything and everything with Python & config tools
• Innovate whilst bringing in new ideas to the business
  
  
  

• You have worked as a hands-on Engineer for all Infrastructure matters
• Experience working at a small to mid sized Buy-Side Trading Firm
• Solid understanding of Linux
• Oversight of an infrastructure estate
• Strong experience with scripting/automation (Python, Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
