We offer a wide range of services, including homelessness prevention, supported housing, mental health support, community advice, hoarding support and services for young people.

We are looking for someone who can work alongside people who may be facing homelessness and other complex circumstances, offering understanding and practical support to help them achieve their goals.

You will create a personalised, wrap around action plan in partnership with each person, ensuring they feel heard and respected every step of the way. Your role will be to provide intensive, compassionate support that reflects our organisational values and commitment to empowering people to build a better future.
