Role Summary: As a Linen Porter you will be passionate about working in a team that ensures the highest levels of cleanliness for our guests in our bedrooms and public areas. We are looking for flexible and dedicated people who enjoy being part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Distribute and collect clean and used linen to/from pantries Assist with linen inventory and communicate shortages. Maintain cleanliness and order in the linen room. Ensure all housekeeping pantries are fully stocked. Support room attendants with extra linen or supplies when needed. Follow assigned task sheets and room status updates to ensure timely turnaround of arrivals, stayovers, and departures. Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests and needs during room servicing. Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times, including correct use of chemicals and equipment.
