This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and previous food production experience to step into a key role within the operation.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading and supervising a team on the production lineEnsuring daily production targets and KPIs are achievedMaintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and qualityMonitoring staff performance and providing support where neededCoordinating workflow to ensure efficiency across the lineReporting any issues to management promptlyEnsuring all health & safety procedures are followed at all timesRequirementsPrevious experience as a Line Leader or Supervisor (food production preferred)Experience working in a meat or beef processing environment is highly desirableStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGood understanding of food safety and hygiene standardsReliable, punctual, and flexible with shiftsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay rate of £14.10 per hourOngoing, full-time workOpportunities for progression within the businessSupportive team environmentJBRP1_UKTJ
