The Role
As a Line Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team on the production line, ensuring daily targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
· Leading, motivating and supporting a team of operatives · Driving production performance to meet targets and product specifications · Ensuring compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards · Completing and maintaining accurate paperwork and system records · Using onsite IT and Warehouse Management Systems · Supporting audits (internal and external) · Training and developing new starters · Acting as a role model for best practice on the shop floor · Working hands-on alongside your team · Supporting with general production duties as required
