About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Line Leader to join a busy beef processing facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and previous food production experience to step into a key role within the operation. Key Responsibilities Leading and supervising a team on the production line
Ensuring daily production targets and KPIs are achieved
Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality
Monitoring staff performance and providing support where needed
Coordinating workflow to ensure efficiency across the line
Reporting any issues to management promptly
Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed at all times
Requirements Previous experience as a Line Leader or Supervisor (food production preferred)
Experience working in a meat or beef processing environment is highly desirable
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
