About the Role As part of our cross-functional team, youll provide rapid, effective responses to breakdowns, complete planned maintenance, and work alongside Operations to ensure production targets are met. Youll also play a key role in driving continuous improvement, minimising downtime, and ensuring equipment performs to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Respond to machinery breakdowns and log actions in CMMS (Shire)
Complete planned maintenance tasks to GMP standards
Provide first-line maintenance support for auxiliary equipment (boilers, AC, etc.)
Diagnose and repair faults quickly and effectively
Monitor line performance to improve efficiency and reduce waste
