Overview

We’re supporting a studio and production bay upgrade scheduled for Q1 2026 and are looking for experienced Lighting & Rigging Technicians (IPAF certified) to support a series of bay flips and studio reconfigurations. This is a hands-on, practical role suited to technicians who are comfortable working at height and supporting physical studio builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Rigging and de-rigging lighting equipment
• Working at height using access platforms (IPAF required)
• Assisting with studio bay flips and reconfiguration
• Moving and installing lighting, furniture and production equipment
• Supporting the setup of bays ready for live production use
• Working closely with studio operations and production teams to keep timelines on track

Required Experience

• Valid IPAF certification (essential)
• Previous experience in studio, production or photographic environments
• Confident working with lighting rigs and studio infrastructure
• Comfortable with physical work and moving heavy items safely
• Reliable, proactive and able to follow technical direction
