We are looking for a *skilled and reliable Lift Service Engineer* with strong diagnostic abilities and a customer-focused attitude. The ideal candidate will be *NVQ Level 3 qualified (or equivalent)*, experienced in servicing and callouts, and confident working independently to manage their own schedule. Someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to high safety standards will thrive in this role.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Respond to emergency callouts and breakdowns across your designated area
* Diagnose and repair lift faults efficiently and safely
* Carry out minor adjustments and temporary fixes to restore service
* Complete accurate and timely service reports and documentation
* Liaise with the office team and customers to provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction
* Participate in the on-call rota for out-of-hours emergency response
* Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle to a high standard
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
*Requirements*
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Lift Engineering
* Proven experience in lift service and callout response
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude
* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
* Knowledge of major lift brands and control systems (advantageous)
