Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Lift Project Manager to lead new lift installation projects across London. This is an opportunity to join a global lift engineering leader delivering major commercial, residential and infrastructure developments throughout the capital.

About the Lift Project Manager Role

*

End-to-end responsibility for new lift installation projects from contract award to final handover

*

Managing multiple concurrent new installation sites across London

*

Full ownership of the programme, cost control, quality and safety performance

*

Delivery of new lift installations within commercial, residential and mixed-use developments

*

Working closely with main contractors, developers and consultants

Key Responsibilities: Lift Project Manager

*

Deliver new installation projects to programme, budget, quality and safety targets

*

Oversee installation, testing, commissioning and practical completion

*

Ensure full compliance with CDM, HSE and RAMS requirements

*

Coordinate installation engineers, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers

*

Attend site progress meetings with main contractors and clients

*

Manage lifting operations, logistics planning and temporary works

*

Control costs, forecasting and reporting with commercial support

*

Maintain project documentation, progress reporting and stakeholder communication

*

Manage snagging, defects and final account close-out

*

Build strong working relationships with clients to support repeat business

What We’re Looking For: Lift Project Manager

*

3 + years of experience managing lift projects

*

Proven track record in managing multiple project sites simultaneously

*

Strong understanding of construction site processes

*

Demonstrable experience delivering projects from pre-start through to handover

*

Construction or project management qualifications preferred

*

SMSTS (essential), Temporary Works Coordinator and lifting competency desirable

*

Strong commercial awareness and programme management skills

*

Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
