Marmon Lift Recruitmentis looking for an accomplishedProject Managerwho has experience working on prestigious sites to join an award-winning company offeringstate-of-the-art bespoke lifting solutions.

This role will require you to have recent and proven experience managing projects in the lift industry. If you have relevant experience in new lift construction or lift modernisation projects, then your application will be considered.

Commutable from:Chatham, Rochester, Maidstone, Gravesend, Sittingbourne, Sevenoaks, Orpington, Dartford, South London

Lift Project Manager Role:

  • Running a project smoothly with minimal disruption to the client.

  • Manage high-value, bespoke projects.

  • This is a varied role, and both project value and ongoing project volumes will vary depending on workload. You will not be required to manage a large volume of projects at one given time.

  • This exciting opportunity will require you to work hard to deliver all projects on time and within budget, and to work within agreed parameters.

Ideal Lift Project Manager Candidate:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the Lift Industry

  • Proven experience managing high-value lift installations or modernisations

  • Strong lift engineering and project management knowledge

  • Experience in either lift modernisation and/or lift installation

  • First-class organisational and planning skills.

  • Technical lift engineering, field management, and contract management expertise

  • Collaborative can-do management style.
