Lift Inspection Engineer

Our client is expanding and seeking a Lift Inspection Engineer to join their growing team. This role is targeted at candidates living in Exeter, Plymouth, or surrounding areas.

The role involves inspections on lifts and pressure systems. Candidates with experience inspecting either lifts or pressure systems, and holding a minimum NVQ Level 3, are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits: £40,000-£45,000 (DOE), company vehicle, healthcare, and door-to-door pay for travel time.

Job Overview:

Conduct insurance inspections of passenger & domestic lifts
Adhere to health & safety legislation
Provide reports detailing refurbishment options or potential replacement
Carry out visual surveys & audits for lifts & pressure systems
Travel independently to customer sites with door-to-door pay
Work methodically, efficiently, and professionally
Maintain records & paperwork up to date
Provide excellent customer service
Clear progression paths within the companyRequirements:

Experience in diagnosing/repairing lifts or pressure systems
NVQ Level 3 qualification
Full UK manual driving licence
Excellent attention to detail & strong admin skillsBenefits:

Monday-Friday, 7:30-16:30 (overtime available)
