Platform Lift EngineerLocation: Covering the South and South East of EnglandSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + Bonus + OvertimeJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentThe OpportunityA well-established platform lift specialist is looking to hire an experienced Platform Lift Engineer to support continued growth across the South of England.This is a varied role offering a mix of installation and service/repair work (flexible depending on your background), working on disabled access and platform lifts across commercial and residential environments.You'll also work alongside an apprentice engineer, helping support their development on-site.The RoleInstallation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of platform liftsWorking across South / South East / London (with occasional travel as far as Birmingham)Supporting and mentoring an apprentice engineer on-siteEnsuring all work is completed in line with safety standards and company proceduresRepresenting the business professionally when dealing with clientsRequirementsNVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (essential)Proven experience in either installation or service/repair/maintenance of Platform lifts (Essential)Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsFull UK driving licenceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamIdeally based within Hampshire/Dorset/Berkshire/WiltshirePackage & BenefitsSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)Paid door-to-door40-hour week (Monday to Friday)Company van, laptop, iPad, and phone providedHealthcare scheme3-4% annual bonus based on company performanceAdditional bonus potential for Installation/Operations team (coming soon)Overtime available:Weekdays & Saturdays: 1.33xSundays: 1.5xWR Engineering are the #1 recruitment partner for engineering, manufacturing & technical sales jobs.
