Job Description

As a Lifecycle Sales Specialist you will play a pivotal role in promoting Rockwell Automation products, services or solutions. The focus of this job is making connections with people, motivating, and inspiring them to achieve results.

Initiating projects and processes beyond established organization practices will often require training and developing others and enlisting their support by using a "selling" rather "telling" communication style. An extroverted style that can enliven, engage and positively improve individuals and groups is important. The job has variety of tasks and is dynamic and changing. Because goals can quickly change, the job requires meeting and establishing relationships with new groups. The ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt to the changing organization environment is a critical factor.

This role could be based in Denmark, Sweden, the UK or Ireland and will report to the Team Leader Sales Specialist Lifecycle Services.
