Life Safety Systems Engineer (Yorkshire & North East) Location: Home-based with primary coverage across Yorkshire & the North East .* Salary: Circa £35,000 (Negotiable DOE) + Van, tools, etc OTE: £40,000+ per annum with regular overtime, weekend work, and performance-related bonus scheme.
*Occasional UK-wide travel and overnight stays may be required (with all expenses covered)
About the Role
Leader Systems is seeking a dedicated Life Safety Systems Engineer with a stable employment history and solid hands-on experience in the servicing, repair, and modification of life safety systems, including fire alarms , emergency lighting , refuge systems , and disabled call systems .
Youll begin with a 12-week paid probation period , receiving structured hands-on training alongside experienced lead engineers and field managers. Once assessed, youll progress to independent work with increased earning potential and eligibility for the emergency support rota .
