Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and functionality of our fleet and equipment. \n*Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and machinery, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
\n* Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment. \n* Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they become major issues. \n* Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
\n* Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in the workshop or on-site. \n* Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components. \n* Ability to read technical manuals and schematics effectively.
\n* Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive repair or mechanical engineering are advantageous. \n* A valid driver's licence is required; additional qualifications such as HGV licence are a plus. Job Type: Full-time \n Pay: £16.84-£24.97 per hour
