We have an exceptional opportunity for a talenteed mid-level Leveraged Finance Associate Solicitor join a top ranking Corporate Finance team in London

The role offers the opportunity to advise leading financial institutions, investment funds, and corporates on a wide range of complex financial transactions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

THE CANDIDATE

Applicants wishing to be considered for this vacancy will ideally have a Magic Circle or US law firm background

You will have c 3 - 8 PQE

In addition, you will be expected to demonstrate first rate technical and transactional skills
