This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Third in Charge who is ready to take the next step and progress into a deputy leadership role while completing the Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner apprenticeship.About the RoleAs our Deputy Manager Apprentice, you will support the Nursery Manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the setting. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, leading staff, supporting childrens development, and contributing to the strategic direction of the nursery.Requirements? Must already hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification ? Experience as a Third in Charge or similar senior role within a nursery ? Strong understanding of the EYFS framework ? Confident supporting staff performance and daily operations ? Genuine ambition to progress into a Deputy Manager position ? Willing to complete the Level 5 Lead Practitioner apprenticeship ?
