About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant (CACHE Level 3 or equivalent) to join our supportive team. The successful candidate will:
Support the learning and development of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to provide tailored support for children, including those with additional needs Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued Engage in play-based learning activities and contribute to planning and assessment Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleaguesWhat We're Looking For
