Location: Islington, London Contract: Full-time Salary: £105 - £125 Per day depending on experience
Are you a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to support children in their early years? We are a vibrant and inclusive nursery school in Islington, committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant (CACHE Level 3 or equivalent) to join our supportive team. The successful candidate will:
* Support the learning and development of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum * Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to provide tailored support for children, including those with additional needs * Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued * Engage in play-based learning activities and contribute to planning and assessment * Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
What We're Looking For
* CACHE Level 3 Qualification (or equivalent) - essential * Experience working in an early years or primary school setting * A passion for supporting children's development and a commitment to inclusive education * Strong communication and teamwork skills * An enthusiastic, proactive, and caring approach
