Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools (Watford)
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join supportive and welcoming primary schools across Watford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and committed to helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Role Responsibilities:
Support teaching and learning across the primary age range (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2) Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and interventions Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils who need additional help Assist with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) where required
Requirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Previous experience working in a primary school setting A caring, patient, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
