The Role - Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Bristol)

Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
Lead small group interventions and targeted support sessions
Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
Assist with planning and preparation of learning activities
Promote a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environmentWhat We're Looking For

A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Experience working within a UK primary or secondary school
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A proactive, patient and adaptable approach
