This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and motivated TA looking to make a real impact on pupils’ progress for the remainder of the academic year. Positions Available: Year 5/Year 6 Support Year 1/Year 2 Support Both roles will involve supporting small groups and delivering targeted 1:1 support, with a strong focus on planning and delivering structured writing interventions. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:35am – 3:30pm Contract: Until end of school year Pay: £13.33 per hour (Full-time only – no part-time option available) The Role You will: Support identified pupils within the classroom environment Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions, particularly in writing Monitor pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development Contribute to individual target setting and track progress Support inclusion strategies to ensure all pupils can access learning Build positive and encouraging relationships with children This role would suit someone confident in leading interventions independently and working collaboratively with teaching staff.
