Level 3 Teaching Assistants - Skegness, Lincolnshire | September 2026 Start Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available Simply Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support a range of schools across the Skegness area for long-term roles starting in September 2026. We are working in partnership with local Primary Schools that are seeking skilled TAs to provide high-quality classroom support, helping to create engaging and inclusive learning environments for all pupils. The Role: As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning by: Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups Helping to plan and deliver targeted interventions Promoting positive behaviour and engagement Supporting pupils with additional needs, where required What We're Looking For: A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Previous experience working in a school setting A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills A genuine passion for supporting children's development and learning What Simply Ed...
