Progress Teachers are supporting an inclusive and welcoming mainstream primary school in Birmingham who are seeking a Level 3 qualified SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated SEN Hub team. This full-time role involves supporting pupils in Key Stage 1 with a range of additional needs, helping them to fully engage in learning and make progress both academically and emotionally.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND within the KS1 SEN Hub\n\n * Work 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development\n\n * Assist in adapting resources and activities to meet individual needs\n\n * Promote positive behaviour and social interaction\n\n * Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and external agencies\n\n * Maintain accurate records and contribute to reviews and progress planning\n\nRequirements\n\n * Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)\n\n * Experience supporting pupils with SEND (particularly within EYFS/KS1)\n\n * Understanding of EHCP targets and differentiated learning\n\n * Strong communication and relationship-building skills\n\n * A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach\n\n * A DBS on the Update Service OR Willingness to
