Aspire People are recruiting an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Manchester, working primarily within Key Stage 2.

The school is focused on raising attainment and delivering targeted intervention support to ensure pupils reach age-related expectations.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.

Delivering structured small-group interventions in Maths and English.

Supporting pupils preparing for end-of-year assessments.

Providing 1:1 support where required.

Assisting with differentiation and scaffolding learning tasks.

Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff.

We Are Looking For:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

Strong KS2 experience within the last 2 years.

Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.

Confidence delivering intervention sessions independently.

Calm, professional and adaptable approach.
