Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Early Years

Key Responsibilities

Support the Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality learning experiences for children aged 3-5 (07:30-17:30) Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour management Work closely with parents and carers to ensure consistent support between home and school Contribute to individual education plans (IEPs) and monitor pupil progress

Essential Requirements

Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education / Childcare Strong experience managing challenging behaviour in young children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework A commitment to supporting all pupils, including those with SEND
