The Role

Are you an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant who believes every child deserves to shine? We're partnering with a number of inclusive, high-performing primary schools across Wakefield who are seeking dedicated, confident and nurturing classroom practitioners to join their teams.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant you'll work closely with class teachers to support learning across the curriculum, help pupils overcome barriers, and bring enthusiasm and care to every day in the classroom.

What We're Looking For

Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) Proven experience supporting children in a primary setting Excellent communication and teamwork skills ❤️ A calm, caring and proactive approach Confidence delivering interventions and supporting SEND pupils A genuine passion for helping every child succeed
