Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

South Harrow Based - Term Time Only

Location: HarrowStart Date: ASAPHours: 8:15am - 4:15pm - Full-time - Monday to Friday - Term Time Only

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a private Nursery setting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood development, who is committed to delivering high-quality care and learning experiences in a supportive and child-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner:

• Provide a safe, secure, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive
• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Observe, assess, and record each child's progress
• Be a key person to a group of children, building strong and trusting relationships with families
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
• Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare procedures at all times

Requirements of a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner:

• A CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Nursery (or equivalent)
• or Proven experience working in a Nursery or Nursery setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
• Passionate about supporting children's learning through play
• A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to teamwork
• Strong communication and organisational skills
