The Role - Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
The nursery is seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its team. The successful candidate will: Deliver high-quality childcare and education for children aged 0-5 Plan and lead creative, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development Promote independence, confidence, and curiosity in children Build strong relationships with parents and carers Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive team culture Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are consistently upheld
Requirements
Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification (or equivalent) Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework Excellent communication and teamwork skills Enthusiastic, caring, and proactive approach
