Role: Baby Room Leader Salary: £30,000- £32,000 Hours: 40 hours per week (Maternity Cover) Our client in currently seeking a strong Room Leader to work at their baby room in Buckhurst Hill Essex. This is a maternity cover but could go permanent. Supporting Staff in the allocated rooms and ensuring adult/child ratios are met. Observing children and managing their learning and development records. To work with EYFS Curriculum and planning exciting age appropriate activities both indoors and outdoors. To build positive relationships parents and Ofsted. Working to nursery policy and procedures in relation to Safeguarding and Health & Safety. Attending staff meetings and training as required. Must be Level 3 qualified with paediatric First Aid. Must have a clean DBS which is either valid or on update service. This is a permanent role which we are keen to interview some fantastic candidates who are looking to progress their carer and join this lovely team. This is a full-time role and will be working up to 40 hours a week.
