Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant - The Role
As a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting children within Nursery or Reception, working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and structured learning activities.
You will support early development across communication, language, and social skills, as well as assist with phonics and play-based learning. The role may also involve supporting children with additional needs and assisting with personal care where required.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, nurturing, and confident working within an EYFS setting, with a strong understanding of early years development.
