Are you an enthusiastic and passionate EYFS Level 3 Practitioner looking for a fulfilling opportunity to make a real difference in early childhood education?

A warm and welcoming nursery school in Watford is looking to appoint two dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join their supportive team from January 2026. Following recent staff changes, the setting is seeking individuals who bring energy, reliability, and a genuine passion for nurturing children’s early development. The nursery offers in-house training, continuous support, and a positive team culture that values professional growth.

What We’re Looking For:

A full Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare

Experience working in Nursery or Reception settings

A nurturing and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for supporting early childhood development

Ability to plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and support high-quality EYFS learning experiences

Assist with planning, observations, and assessments

Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children

Work together with colleagues to support each child’s individual progress

Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the setting

Interview Process:

Candidates will take part in a two-stage interview process:

Child Interaction Session (30–40 minutes): Engaging a child in a simple activity.

Formal Interview: A conversation with the Nursery Manager and Nursery Director.
