Early Years Level 3 Practitioner We are seeking a Level 3 Early Years Child Practitioner to join our passionate team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with children, supporting their development, and contributing to a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). * Support children’s development, learning, and well-being. * Observe, assess, and record children’s progress. * Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment. * Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture. * Communicate effectively with parents and carers. Requirements: * Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). * Experience working in an early years setting. * Understanding of EYFS and child development principles. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Current DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
