Pay: £90–£110 per day

A well-regarded nursery school in Radlett is seeking a passionate Early Years professional to join their supportive and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are creative, driven, and committed to nurturing the growth and development of young children, with an ASAP start.

What We’re Looking For:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare

Experience supporting children in Nursery or Reception settings

A genuine passion for early childhood education

Ability to plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of high-quality EYFS activities that promote learning and development

Assist with the planning, observation, and assessment of children's progress

Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive in

Collaborate closely with colleagues to support each child’s individual development

Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the setting
