Level 3 Childcare Practitioner - Full Time, Permanent (ASAP Start) Hours: 40 hours per week | Shifts between 7:00am - 6:00pm Nursery Setting in Boston, Lincolnshire (PE21) Simply Education are proud to be working in partnership with a friendly and well-established nursery who are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Childcare Practitioner to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and dedicated practitioner who is passionate about early years education and is looking for a stable, long-term position. Key Responsibilities: Working 40 hours per week across rotating shifts between 7am and 6pm Providing high-quality care and education to children in line with the EYFS Supporting children's emotional, social, and educational development Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress Working collaboratively with colleagues and communicating effectively with parents The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (essential) Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection A warm, positive, and proactive attitude A current DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one Why Work with Simply Educati...
