We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded independent school in Wokingham, where children flourish through play, creativity, and outdoor learning.
About the Role
As a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner, you will be an integral part of a caring and committed early years team. Working with children aged 4 months to 5 years, particularly those aged 2-5 years, you will help plan and deliver exciting learning experiences that nurture development and spark curiosity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and implementation of engaging activities following the EYFS framework
- Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for every child
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, colleagues, and parents
- Encourage outdoor learning and exploration in the school's woodland and nature-rich setting
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and dynamic early years team

About You
- Hold a Level xbpsjku 2 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
- Have at least 3 years of experience working with young children, especially aged 2-5 years
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Be enthusiastic, reliable, and a positive team player
- Have a warm, caring nature and a passion for early childhood development
- Be excited to support outdoor learning in a beautiful natural environment
