Job Description
LEV Technical Sales Manager\n\nSalary: £45,000-£55,000 + up to 25% company bonus\n Benefits: Company car or allowance (BMW/Mercedes - personal use included), pension (3-5%), 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:00, Friday 8:30-3:30 (early Friday finish)\n Location: UK-wide travel with site visits | Monday-Friday\n Department: Sales team of 6, reporting to Sales Manager\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager with strong knowledge of LEV systems to join our growing team. You will be responsible for selling LEV solutions across a wide range of industrial sectors, managing the full sales cycle from enquiry through to project handover.\n\nThis is a varied, technically engaging role combining client interaction and business development, with an anticipated annual sales target of £1m+.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSell LEV systems and associated equipment\n\nTailored Customer Solutions\nRespond to enquiries and proactively generate new sales leads\n\nVisit customer sites to carry out surveys and assess requirements\n\nProduce conceptual system designs, calculations and equipment selection\n\nPrepare detailed technical quotations and present proposals to clients\n\nWork closely with internal sales, projects and technical teams\n\nMaintain accurate records in line with quality systems and follow up quotations\n\nHandover secured projects to project management teams\n\nDevelop business through existing enquiries, own client base and new opportunities\n\nExperience, Skills & Qualifications\n\nStrong knowledge of LEV systems and applications\n\nUnderstanding of COSHH, HSG258 and relevant LEV guidance\n\nAbility to size ductwork and calculate airflows and pressure losses\n\nExperience with air handling or pneumatic conveying systems\n\nExcellent communication and customer-facing skills\n\nStrong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability\n\nGood IT skills (MS Office essential; CAD/3D desirable)\n\nFull UK driving licence (clean licence )\n\nProfessional LEV qualifications (BOHS P600/P602) advantageous\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nEstablished sales team with real progression opportunities\n\nHybrid company car (BMW/Mercedes) with personal use\n\nStrong bonus earning potential linked to company performance\n\nOpportunity to work across multiple industrial sectors\n\nHow to Apply\n\nIf you are a driven sales professional with LEV expertise and a passion for technical solutions, we'd love to hear from you.\n\nSend your CV to kathryn.van- for a confidential conversation regarding the role
