Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to: Day to day tenancy management of ~300 residential leases within the portfolio Selecting and instructing agents for valuations on refreshed or refurbished properties Coordinating marketing, compliance documentation, and drafting tenancy agreements Management of annual rent reviews, in line with current legislation including Section 13 notices Overseeing the administration of tenant references, tenancy agreements, and financial transaction Ensuring letting activity data is 100% accurate for monthly reporting Maintaining positive relationships with agents, multiple stakeholders and tenants Must have : ARLA Qualified Strong knowledge of the Renters Rights Bill Legislation Previo...
