Lettings Negotiator - KenningtonWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic and fast-growing team based in Kennington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 6 months' experience in residential lettings who is looking to take the next step in their property career.The Role As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in generating new business, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process. You will be responsible for managing enquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing tenancies from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesRegistering applicants and matching them with suitable propertiesConducting property viewings and providing expert local knowledgeNegotiating offers between landlords and tenantsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clientsGenerating new business through calls, networking, and referralsManaging the lettings process from enquiry through to move-inAchieving and exceeding personal and office targetsKeeping up to date with local market trends and legislationRequirementsMinimum 6 months' experience in residential lettingsStrong communication and negotiation skillsTarget-driven with a proactive and positive attitudeWell-presented and professional at all timesAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentFull UK driving licence preferredWhat's on Offer£20,000 basic salary with £40,000 OTECar allowanceUncapped commission structureOngoing training and developmentClear career progression opportunitiesSupportive and energetic team environmentSalary- £20k basic + £40k OTE & Car Allowance £300 PCMHours - Hours - 8.30am- 6pm Monday to Friday, Alternative Saturdays 9-4pmThis role is ideal for someone who is hungry to succeed, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
