Package : Starting Salary of £25,000 Bonus structure Full time permanent contract Supportive team environment Perks and incentives associated with the company Opportunity to grow within a reputable and expanding business Role: As a Lettings Negotiator, youll play a key role in matching tenants to properties, managing enquiries, and supporting the full lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in.

Key Responsibilities Managing incoming enquiries and booking property viewings Conducting viewings and building rapport with prospective tenants Matching applicants to suitable properties Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies Supporting the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth customer journey Maintaining accurate records and keeping systems up to date Ideal candidate: Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or transferable experience from roles such as: Housing Association / Housing Officer Property Management Bookings / Reservations (e.g.

hospitality or accommodation) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent administrative and customer facing skills, able to negotiate and handle objections resolving issues that arise Confident, proactive, and target-driven Highly organised with good attention to detail Full UK driving licence and own transport Please send your CV or contact us to discuss the role. xbpsjku
