We are recruiting an experienced Lettings Manager for a fantastic client based in Southall. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving the rental performance of a high-quality residential development, while delivering an exceptional customer experience and leading a motivated lettings team. The Role As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for the overall rental performance of the development, maximising profitability while maintaining brand standards and operating within agreed budgets. You will oversee marketing and leasing activity, manage income and expenses, and lead and develop the lettings team to ensure outstanding service is delivered at all times.
